So, last night I was out doing deliveries. At one of my stops, I noticed a sealed large bag of ice in the garbage can by the door. I go in and say to the cashier," You know that someone's dumped a full bag of ice in the garbage can outside your door?"
"Yeah, I did it," he responds.
"You did it?"
"Yeah."
"Why?"
" A guy came in here and bought it, took it home and came back 20 minutes later. He asked if he could exchange it for another bag because the ice was too hard."

Yesterday, one of my sales colleagues had a customer in about their fride freezer. They presented him with a document that had been included with the device, which on it listed all that came with it. One of the listed items was User Manual. The customer said it was not included. My colleague turned the document over and showed them the words 'User Manual' printed on its front page cover. 'Nuff said🤔🤔🤔

Recently I picked up a tube of JB Plas (2 part epoxy putty for plastic repair. The warning stated, "Toxic, do not allow contact with skin or eyes."

The instructions said,"Cut off the amount needed and mix with fingers..."

Huh?

I bought replacement lawnmower blades and one of the safety warnings was ''Do not try and change blades with engine running''.

In my old Panasonic TV manual in trouble shooting section first problem is "TV doesn't work".Solution- "see if it's plugged in".

I found similar things in other manuals as well.

That's the first thing my dad did when he went out on a service call for TV sets in the early
50's. Only the rich could afford those big Stromberg Carlson's, and the maid always forgot
to plug them back in after vacuuming.

See, the thing with those warning labels...

At some level I think we should remove them all and let Darwinism run it's course.

I totally agree, but I bet the legal profession wouldn't- it makes a lot of money out of blaming and suing others on behalf of the stupid.
