I do not agree.
You cannot take different results and compare them without equilibrate different variables: a) More population thus more actions. b) More information channels thus more information about what's going on. Example: For centuries there were children abuse, now we have more access to information so we feel that there are more children abuse. Not true. c) More power per capita. People have more power though they feel more powerless, but consider just the personal use of a car comparing the power that that gives to ordinary people when we look at the previous human story. d) More people capable of taking action. For good or for bad. I don't think human stupidity has grown or reduced. It stayed more or less the same. |

Generally accepted definitions of stupidity: A. Doing something anyway one has been repeatedly warned about the consequences thereof. B. Repeatedly doing something that has previously failed and expecting different results each time. C. Chronic criminal activity.
