False Accusation

I think Jim has taken heat unfairly. In fact, after careful examination of his posting, I conclude that he DID post a picture of a model never seen before. If you look closely at his avatar, you will notice that, whereas the stripe just behind the gun mantlet used to be terra cotta, it is now desert yellow. Obviously, this is an entirely new tank with a significantly different camouflage scheme that he built and photographed specifically to make his snap it posting!

Oh, the fuzzy pic below is a Zio Prudenziati Sort-of-Fokker D.VII I built at Cape May.

This may be the ONLY interesting thread ever posted here.

Glad you didn't quit, Phil. Do you mind if I make fun of you? Cannot much help myself but no harm intended.

I'm certain that I can find a better photo somewhere, but I am supportive or whatever, here.

I'm a little upset to hear that Mickelson's wife has breast cancer. Remember that he was going to walk out of the Open if his wife went into labor? But she told the doctors not to tell him, no matter what? I think he finished second to Payne-o who had the sad death a few months later. OK, I'm wandering but that is how I go.

The "unidentified micro building" is the Mausoleum of Theodoric the Great at Ravenna, designed by Ondrej Hejl (the model, that is) and available for free download at <http://www.papermodel.cz/> The original was built around 520 CE and is a very interesting building, indeed.

Thanx Thomas! That's a nice little model. Temple Bar is fabulous too!

Thanx Scott! Nice memorial!

Here's Prudenziati's Little Rolls. I didn't like the job I did the first time, so I'm doing it again. Unfortunately, I will not be able to post it here, lest I break my own rules...(again?).
(nobody heckled me for posting "parts" of an "unfinished build", and no one disputed the ultimate paper model....a scale model of a piece of notebook paper printed on card stock).
I will also be attempting the Rolls smaller, so watch for it on that thread (also where baby copter was posted).
