Cool Snap it!

SUPER SECRET THREAD
SHHHH!
Reply with Accompanying Pictures Only!
Pay Homage to paper modeling!
Make History!

This thread is designed specifically towards paying homage to paper models, their designers, and we builders. If you want to post on this thread, you must follow the rules below. * See also footnote.

If you LOVE paper modelling, as is evedent by your membership here, then please prove it.

This is open to paper models or paper toys of all sizes, all skill levels and all subjects at all difficulty levels with any number of parts (rated G of course).

RULES: You may ONLY post text here with accompanying picture of a completed build! The build must be new and not posted on another thread. It may be part of a model as long as it is a complete subject in itself. Once a certain model has been posted, it may not be posted again. If you want to reply or banter with someone the same rule applies, YOU MUST POST A PICTURE OF A COMPLETED PAPER MODEL!!!

This is a challenge,
YOUR DIGNITY AS A PAPER MODELER IS AT RISK!!! (Unless you post at least one picture here).

OUR PLEASURE IS THE PRIZE!!!

If you do not know how to post a pic, Private message me, or anyone else, and we will gladly assist you. If you really need more information on someone's post, please either private message them, or build a quick model and post it with your text.

One more thing please…,
EVERY POST MUST HAVE A PICTURE!!!

*Anyone compliant with the aforementioned rules is duty bound to heckle the life out of non-conformists.
Anyone not compliant risks a funny-bone-ectomy.

In case of popularity death, I will be forced to talk to myself…and we all know where that leads!

Here’s my picture of a little Ephelant (that’s Elephant for those educated).

SEE HOW EASY IT IS? All this nonsensical text and all I had to do was post a picture!

Now maybe that pesky message that says: "...we haven't heard from you lately..." will go away for awhile.

Dignity !? I sit in my man cave almost every night cutting little bits of paper with a set of child sized scissors and gluing these little bits of paper together with
‘Child safe” glue and we won’t even mention the funny looking magnifiers I use. Add to that the fact that every plastic modeler I know tells me that I’m insane what dignity are we referring to.

Not necessarily, you and me and Rick and Thomas have, at least, the dignity in knowing how to follow directions!

Now everybody point and laugh at Jim! (You've been heckled!!!).

Here's Uniped, the chopper-hopper.

Thumbs up

Glad you didn't give the title of that model Kaz!:p

Be forewarned, posting without a pic will not guarantee any replies, this will be a privilege for pic-posters to either heckle, or not heckle, depending on our frame of mind. (we will certainly be nice though!).

This thread is getting warmer...

I really like that Tiger Stove model! Thanks, Phil.

It reminds me of a cartoon that a local lumberyard had posted in their office: "The New Wood Stove; Made of Real Wood" You can imagine the drawing, it looked as though they had lit it up about five minutes ago.
