Seconded. I've been using just grey for the leading edges, but I'd love to use a simple metal-looking gradient instead (and have no idea how to create one that looks good). I'm really just looking for the leading edges of the wings, stabilizers, rudder, and engine cowlings, and maybe the aft end of the engine and thrust reversers - yep, "just" those.

Cool, thanks. Now I just need to figure out how to make the gradient follow the contour of the part :D

This is what I'm attempting for a Halloween Giveaway. Not as good as one of AirDave's works of art, but it'll hopefully look cool. Hopefully I can get it done by Halloween. I only get a couple hours a day to do any work, and lots of other things want to be worked on too. Lots of shading.

I'm going to make some recessed wheel wells for the model. I've got the easy one done but still need the fine tune the main gear wells.

I need somebody to do a quick build of the Halloween 737. My printer (and build skills) aren't up to it. The build needs to be done before Halloween though.
