There were few printed ones in 1/33 over the years:
Fw-190A-3 from Cardplast/Modelcard
Fw-190A-3 from FlyModel
Fw-190A-8 from Halinski
Fw-190A8/R8 from Halinski
Fw-190F from Maly Modelarz
Fw-190D-9 from Halinski and GPM
Ta-152H-1 from Fly and GPM

The only downloadable Fw-190 in 1/33 scale is from Digital Navy - Fw-190F

yeah it seems there are plenty of printed kits.

As far as digital kits, there are fewer, but ecardmodels has at least five
Marek FW190s.

It would be nice to see something in a larger scale, with more details.
But to be honest, I know next to nothing about this plane and it doesn't
hold any interest for me.

I think the next step for me is to build one of these Marek kits and get a
feel for the model (and the plane). I might look at modifying an older
Marek kit, if Marek himself would allow it.
Maybe this summer...

More Tuskegee Airmen Mustang news...

I've been slowly working on replacement Red Tail Mustangs
and I have a few more B/C models ready.
I know this thread is about D model Mustangs, but this nes relates to the Miss America Air racer model.

I've also been working on another B/C model Mustang...and its finished too.
The Commemorative Air Force Red Tail Project Mustang.

If you don't know about this plane, you should. This is such a cool project.
This plane honors the Tuskegee Airmen as part of a traveling exhibition.
The paint scheme is a mish mash of things pulled from the four different Tuskegee Airmen Squadrons.
Its the second incarnation of this Mustang, since the first restored version was destroyed in a crash.

Anyway, this will be an exclusive promotional model. Not for sale.
I am planning to give this one away, along with my Miss America Air Racer kit, as a thank you gift for donations.
I'm trying to raise money for a trip to the IPM Convention next month...I'll post more on this real soon.

Stay tuned.

Dave, or anyone else for that matter,

where do you find the info for you Red Tails planes? I've been trying to track down info on a pilot from Omaha to build a model of his planes. He flew the P-47 and P-51D in the 99th PS. All I have found is some basic info on the types he flew combat missions in, but no tail numbers/plane names.
