I'm not sure of when or where anyone said it was only supposed to have four wheels...or any wheels...and what axle?
I don't remember anyone ever mentioning an axle? I do remember something about a gun barrel.
Fact is, these Roly Poly TruckCopters are odd things...especially when it comes to serving Ice Cream.

If you do a Bing Image search for "roly poly truck copter"
this comes up in the results:

which, strangely enough, has absolutely nothing to do with this project.

I'm intuitin' here...not a land vehicle. First thought was post-steam-era drive for a sidewheel "Riverboat," second is a stationary installation for a carnival ride.

This is fun!

EDIT: Cancel the Dude Cruiser, there's no reversing gear (showing). That mount frame's looking more & more stationary all the time.
