Work continues on the new B/C model Mustang.

Lots of changes!
Hopefully I am getting close to the end now...
everytime I fix something, I find something else I want to alter!

Completely new Prop Spinner today...never did like the petal assembly version.
Four parts...requires some careful work on the smallest disc at the front...but i think its worth it.
With some shaping and burnishing, this could look pretty good!

All new Gear Doors...and maybe a few changes to the landing gear.
(Already installed a completely new Tail gear and new doors)

Unfortunately this kit does not have recessed Wheel wells...although I will take another look
at that...it depends on the Wing rib placement.
But I can still include the fake wheel wells.

Made some modifications to the internal formers around the cockpit area.
And this affects the fit of the Belly Scoop too.
Also neatened up the Belly Scoopy.

more to come!

Thank you for getting into this project, Dave!

I can see those enhancements will give more punch power to the model.

Keep it up!

(Oh, yes, I would like to get this model too, Richkat!)

Sorry for the delay in updating this
...the Mustang B/C is now a reality!
The new version is finished.

Well, actually the prototype is finished...and a "Jeesil Peesil Mommy" version
is being test built as we speak!!

The new B/C Mustang has a ton of improvements over my previous version
and I will hopefully be able to update some of the older models.

This new one has new and improved fuselage sections, formers, landing gear
and a completely new Cockpit is included.
I have even created some Instruction Pages!

Gerardo is doing the test build for me and we will update as soon as we can!

Sorry to be late in weighing in, but I took a wrong turn outside of Philly and, after receiving explicit instructions from Lil, I had to ask for directions.

The new P-51 looks terrific, Dave! Well done.
