Dave, sixteenth scale is fine, the "motorpool" shelf weight and size limits will mean that space allocation will be at a premium, lol. The chassis isn't my fav, but the planned size is and it is a TANK! Detail the tank, track and interior as much as you want. As for the track and moving parts I'd suggest that if the builder wants it to move let them figure out what parts to harden and fit. You may actually see your design with an R/C installed and making speed to a hot spot on the field and that would be a scream to see! Like what your doing, keep going!

Hi dave
i myself would rather the 1:25 size so it will fit
the m25 dragon wagon tank trailer
and if you can do the israely armed forces because
you might build it without the turret as a israely engineering force vehicle thet carrying a bridge and ather weapons
hope to see it soon

If I ever get back to the Centurion...

too many P-51s! plus the upcoming HeritageCon Model Show!
plus my Airbrush work and upcoming Classes
and 3 feet of Snow!

all keeping me from working on it.
LOL

The model will be 1/16 scale.
Thats it...I ain't changing it again!

As far as details, I know that 1/16 scale will allow for a lot of things
but I really am unsure about how far I will go with it. I don't want to
get into a full interior or removable Turret.
In fact, I can guaranty the Turret will rotate but probably not have anything in it.
I do plan on a basic interior for the drivers compartment
and I hope to put in some basic components in the Engine compartment.

Who knows...we'll see what develops.

Yeah, but at least the paper one it can be picked up and moved around...and don't waste gas. But gas would not be smart to have around with the paper one.

Ha! Build it around a golf cart....now that would be fun!

It would make a cool Paintball Tank.
(If it were Golfcart size that is)

A real Centurion is 25' long plus the barrel extension.
