Haven't seen Interstellar yet. Just saw Star Trek Into the Darkness, best Star Trek Movie I've seen.
Interstellar is on the list of movies to check out. Mike |

Apparently its best in Imax.
Don't think it will add anything to the storyline itself, but the visuals must be very impressive on a six story screen! Sitting through almost 3 hours is difficult...without taking a pee break.

When TARS first showed up in the film, my immediate reaction was that is the stupidest a**ed robot I've ever seen, as it went on I kept thinking, well that's interesting. . . By the end I thought he was pretty cool.
My wife hated the movie, she thought it was depressing. The more I read/saw stuff about it the more I liked it, like why the black hole looks the way it does. Carl Sagan. Geez I miss that guy. The Demon-Haunted World should be required reading.

Model is available now in my Free Models section! Dave's Card Creations www.cutandfold.info The multi-page PDF features a 1/12 version of TARS and 1/6 scale versions of TARS, CASE and KIPP. Of course, the 1/6 versions can be printed at 50% to produce 1/12 scale models. I've added some layered parts for the screens and the articulating tubes allow various poses. Get it quick. This model will only be available until the Saturn relocation.

The time dilation and Albert Einsteins general theory of relativity has always fascinated. Interstellar space travel is another thing I always have wish we humans could do. Its kind of sad to think that interstellar space travel more than likely won't happen in my life time. I'm 18 years old and have my whole life ahead of me but we can barely get to Mars with our current engines, much less another star system. Like I've said, I'd give this move a SOLID 10/10. The black hole scene was scientifically accurate with the warping of space time and gravitational lensing. Love this movie! I am so going to watch it again! -RunwayOneSixRight (Matthew) |

Finally got around to seeing it a few weeks ago. Pretty good. The robots were interesting. Was it almost 3 hours. As someone who a lot of the time drives their 10 hr shift without a bathroom break, guess I didn't notice. And yes, when me and friends go on a road trip, they've learned to go we're taking a break at **** right up front if I'm driving.
