Thank you for this. I printed this out on A4 size paper, and it came out to roughly 5.5 inches tall. What size paper would I need to print one out so the TARS is about 8 inches tall. I have the Neca Interstellar dolls, so I'd like to have their robot with them on my toy shelf. Any help is appreciated.

8" would be about 147% increase when printing the 5.5" model.
Almost 1.5 times larger. Not sure how that relates to paper size, since it depends on your Printer capabilities. If you can print on A3 sheet, try printing at 147%.

A shout out to Air Dave! I decided to build TARS in the smaller since that unit got so much time. CASE deserved the kudos for piloting.

Interstellar Robots
After reading the thread, I watched the movie and enjoyed it. Off to download the units from Air Dave. Thank you for your work good sir - eventually when I am good enough - the Snowbird will be built. I decided that since TARS got major air time it was CASE that piloted the ship once through the worm hole, the unsung hero.
