Incredible, as always. I find it hard enough just trying to build theses days, I'm in aw of your ability to design and build. Absolutely amazing detail.

Nice work Dave. Fancy doing a chieftain main battle tank, would go well with the centurion.

I do fancy doing a Chieftain....BUT...

-theres already a large scale Paper kit. I think its a GPM.

-the Chieftain is one of many Brit Tanks I would like to do,
and that causes me a dilemma with which ones do I do?
which ones do I have time to do?
when do I stop?
why does my brain hurt?

Originally my idea (after I did Little Willie) was to do 50+50 years of brit tank evolution.
Willie - Centurion - Challenger II

If I ever go back to do another big tank, I think the Challenger might be the one I consider first.

Lot of curves on the Chieftain turret as well, Challenger would be good. I thought I already had your Centurion, but I haven't. So I've just got it.

Have you ever considered doing the Centurion's back up BIG fella Dave?

FV214 Conqueror Heavy Tank.

I've often wondered what happened to the ones that were stranded in Berlin during the Cold War ? They were the only 214s I ever saw. No use to anyone, but way too heavy to fly out. I guess they eventually got scrapped on site.

I'd lean toward something with a bit fewer wheels than a Churchill.
It is an interesting tank -- when you aren't the one making the wheels.
Did hear/read somewhere that it seemed when in rain, the front hatches often dripped right down the backs of the driver and hull gunner's necks.

Now there's a much neglected AFV subject in the model world. Plastic or paper.

Wherever the Brit Army goes, these unpretentious tin boxes are around in the background. They can't still be on the 'Restricted' lists can they? I guess they're just so boringly simple and characterless on the outside that no one bothers with them, but with a full internal fit like our Dave produces, it could be an interesting build ... especially for all us ex-Tommys that have bounced around in the back of one.
