I chose 3 and 5 because they have unconventional shapes.

I turned the models in such a way that they would be obvious if you knew the subject
but not be too obvious to give themselves away, if you didn't.

But I also had to be careful not to angle them to be totally unrecognizable
or appear as misleading shapes.
Unfortunately at least one of the models reveals itself too much from any angle
(unless I positioned in such a way that it would be completely unfair!)

And two of the models could be shown if full side silhouette and still be unidentifiable without full image details.

Anyway, your responses are interesting.
Figuer's comment is kind of what I expected.
I assumed that if you didn't already recognize something (that interested you),
you would go for the curious and interesting shapes (out of curiosity).

I think this is fun.
And it will be fun to reveal the models one at a time.

That goes without saying.

I still need to finish the Goodyear Grabber, and build a base for it

3 & 6 I voted for since I'm reasonably sure I know what they are. 1 & 7 are also intriguing.

I won't claim to have put a lot of thought into my votes: 5 and 7 because they looked to me like "Tank and Tanker" for the upcoming IPMC get-together. 9's silhouette is alluring, 2 is mystifying, and I have a guess on what 4 is, but no clue on 6.

Just in case you are sick and tired of reading only 10 posts at a time, you can actually increase your page size to 40 posts at a time, HOWTO: Increase the number of posts per thread
