I think we actually know a lot:
Land-based vehicle (which doesn't rule out aircraft) It flies When it's on terra firma, its on wheels From a pre-2000 sci-fi show/movie Somehow connected to a prior Koolwheelz release Not operated by a someone with a secret identity (which should rule out most superheroes) What else? Only 8 questions left...
