Ok, so I'm gonna take a punt and try an Armadillo drill tractor from 'Armageddon'.
The link to other Koolwheelz is Bruce Willis, as there are the taxi and Police cars from 'Fifth Element'. Also they 'fly' to the asteroid in the shuttles, also the one Ben Afflick is in 'flies' off a cliff.
Put too much thought into this (to get it wrong) ? Probably.

Ahhh, the Moonraker! A space shuttle with fancy paint!

Moonraker the movie...not the worst of the Roger Moore movies, but close. Utterly forgettable Bond flick, although it did give us the ridiculous (even by 1979 standards) astronaut-sissy-fight-in-space.

I don't know the vehicle, but it seems like a possible answer.
Does it fly? ...really?
When you get into an airplane, you fly...but can you fly?

Your bruce Willis connection makes a lot of sense though.

EHHHNNNNNNT!

Funny story...last year I tried rewatching Live and let Die.
I had just finished explaining the great action and stunts in the film to my Daughter.
She is a big fan of most things that I like.
Including the new Bond flicks.

So, I forced her to sit through the film.

I was embrassed.
Even I thought it was slow and childish and weak compared to other films of that era and before.
The Roger Moore films in particular do not stand up well.
I don't think its completely Roger Moore's fault...its partly how films were made in the 70s.
