You Pick!! Koolwheelz 2018 Party continues!
Its time for YOU to pick a Koolwheelz model!
As a result of the recent 20 Questions challenges, five of you won the right to suggest a near-future Koolwheelz model. This may be the only time I will let someone else decide what model I will produce. Sure, I sometimes listen to suggestions that spark interest, but generally I only create what I want. But now, I have five ideas that I cannot argue. Well...four and half actually, because I had some input with one of them. To be honest...I might not have picked these myself, but I actually like all the suggestions. No A-Team in the bunch! I'm not going to reveal who suggested each subject...I think it might influence your vote. I'd appreciate (those who made the suggestions) keep your subjects a secret for now? Anyone can vote, from the list of five suggestions, as to which subject you would like to see created. Just pick the one you want. As you can see in the Poll above, the five suggestions are (in no particular order): a. 1971 Datsun 240Z in copper color (LeMans Sunset) Datsun 240Z b. Hot Wheels 1970 Ambulance 70 Ambulance c. Lamborghini Gallardo Gallardo image d. Matchbox Superfast #9 Ford RS.2000 (Escort) Rally Car Matchbox Escort e. 1983 Dodge Ramcharger as used by Lone Wolf McQuade (Chuck Norris) Ramcharger I want to take a bit of break from Koolwheelz, so... I'm going to let the voting run for two weeks or so...I might end it sooner, we'll see how it goes. Any questions or discussion...feel free.

Voted for McQuade's Ramcharger. Nothing else! It's the best option in the poll in my opinion.

The 240z (especially in copper) is a "classic". Great selection in this poll, Dave. Better than the poll I had to go vote in, in June.
Thanks, Gary

If/when you do the 1970 Ambulance, you'll also have a start on the Tow Truck version, if you're interested.

Matchbox, for sure. Those old British cars looked so cool scattered amongst an ammo can full of old Hot Wheels! In Elementary school we were trading left & right, & Matchbox cars were primo trade barter.
That ammo can went everywhere with me, until I discovered Sting-Rays, sissy bars & pushbutton turn signals! |

I voted for the Datsun 24 oz. (That's what appeared to me when the 24OZ came to me in the old days!)

Dear AirDave:
Grew up in Texas. How can I not vote for the Texas Ranger Ram though most rangers (Real ones) that I met drove Crown Vics. As second choice I like the Z. Remember the Alamo, Miles Might make a nice back drop for the Dodge as a diorama

Now that every model has received at least one vote, I can say that all of the candidates would make pleasing Koolwheelz, not a bad one in the bunch. I voted for my own suggestion, of course -- but none of them would be a disappointment.
