Only thing I didn't show is the umbrella antenna.
I think its an optional item, since it requires some sort of mast or support.

The parts are fairly straightforward...I don't think an explanation is needed.
I used a piece of straight wire (bent to shape) and poked a hole in the front box that supports the Fuel Cell.

I was going to add more things...like a cine Camera, and more boxes...
but I was literally running out of room on the page.
(And the part count was already too high!)

I really don't have much experience with wire, so I thought I would just use painted broom straw. It's worked well on other projects. How do you cut wire so cleanly? Is it like when you work with glass rods? Score all the way around at the location you want the cut, snap it apart, then clean up the end?

My youngest (he's 14 now!) is gonna love this! Not sure who will build it first, him or me!
He is a major Top Gear and Jeremy fan, and this is probably our favorite.

Jeremy's Reliant Robin...the KoolWheelz version is available!!

I set out to do a KoolWheelz Reliant Robin of the same type and colour as in the Top Gear TV program.
I then decided to put a grinning Jeremy Clarkson in the driver's window.

But after viewing the TV segment a few times, I realized it just isn't right if it doesn't look
like it has been rolled and dragged across the tarmac!
So, using the TV segment as reference, I copied the look of the car just after its first rollover.

"Oh no...I've crashed it! I've crashed it almost immediately!"

At first, I copied the average KoolWheelz scale size, which is somewhere around 1/60 scale.
This is a very small car...and at that scale, its a very very smal model.

So I ended up increasing the scale to about 1/50 to make it more buildable.
The body and Chassis are quite simple and easy to work with...but the small exterior extras
and the small wheels, can be a bit of a challenge.

I am expecting you will all chicken out and enlarge the model before building it? lol
Thats why I challenge everyone to build it at the intended scale.

Anyway, have fun with it.
I might do some more Top Gear models...who knows.
