I don't need any new ideas.
I have too many projects now!

That "thing" makes no sense anyway.
Is it a bike? where do you sit?
Which end is the front?
And why does it have part of a windmill?
Wait...don't answer those questions...I don't want to know.

The Undersea Kingdom starring Crash Corrigan was a 1936 movie serial by Republic Pictures.
I don't know much about the Juggernaut (Tank) other than its a fun and interesting part of this old timey serial.
While not nearly as good as other serials of the period, such as Flash Gordon with Buster Crabbe,
it had many good stunts and action sequences and marked the appearance of the famous "Republic Robots".

I couldn't let this one pass without a KoolWheelz version of the Juggernaut Tank.
The finned metal "tank" carried Unga Kahn's Robot soldiers.
It appeared to ride on four large wheels and was most likely built on a modified truck chassis.
Other than that assumption, I know nothing of its construction

My paper model is KoolWheelz scale...somewhere around 1/60 scale? give or take a Robot or two.
Find it in the Star Carz section of my website.

Its not a very difficult build, but as with all new KoolWheelz models, there will be a Build Tutorial available
also on my website...in the KoolWheelz area.

Theres also an Assembly Diagram sheet available.

That is an outstanding Juggernaut, Dave! Speaking as one who was entranced by watching Crash Corrigan in Undersea Kingdom when the Waverly Theater in Baltimore reran those serials around 1950 or so. I must build one of these. Many thanks for designing this classic.

Don

Another great model Super Dave. This will be a fun one. My idea of the bike was to give you an idea and with your mind I thought you could do something with it. That's all. I thought you were looking for ideas weather they made any sense or not. As you are the master of the odd and unreal models I thought this would be right up your alley. Sorry to take your time up. No more ideas, got it. wc

Classic scifi movie serial. I always liked this tank and the one from Radar Men From the Moon with the lightning bolts on the side. Another great model.
