I didn't remember that the Landmaster had Captain America's shield logo on the side. This is another movie that you very seldom see on TV.

Funny you post this one.
I have considered a Tim (The Toolman) Taylor creation, like his Hot Rod Mower. I will have to go back and look at some of these.

In all seriousness, why not an A Team van?

No more waiting...I apologize for the delays...
... Ecto-1 I think the reason I never did a Koolwheelz version of this car is because others have. I've already seen more than one nice paper model of this car. Thats often my biggest reason for not bothering with a subject. But Ghostbusters is one of my all time favorite films... yes, my "favorite films" is a long list...lol...but this truly is one of my favorites!! And so, when someone asked me the other day, why I had not done an Ecto-1...it made me stop and think. And I did...stop and think, that is. And I did...make a model, that is. The original Ecto-1 was built on a 1959 Miller Meteor (modified Cadillac Type 75) Ambulance. Not that much was changed on the car...other than body repair and basic restoration work and a new paint job. The Roof Rack and Ghostbusters accessories are the most obvious custom addition. As is the rear slide out Proton Pack rack. You can search for more details on the history of the car yourself... For me, it was a challenge to dumb down the complicated design of this car to be a simple paper model and yet still look something like a Miller Meteor Cadillac. It took me four designs and testbuilds before I settled on this one ...with my biggest challenge being the rear end of the car. There are a lot of complicated shapes and angles back there ...and to make it a simplified Koolwheelz model I had to stylize it down to something much simpler. It might not be super accurate to the actual car, but I think it looks like Ecto-1. Hopefully it will please other Ghostbuster fans like me. Remember...don't cross the streams!! Find the model in the StarCarz section at my website. And, there is an Assembly Sheet available for this one (in the Assembly Diagrams area of my forum).
