My first Bond film, in a cinema, was "Dr No" by which time I'd read all the books. The set designs, by Ken Adam, were all the rage at my art college. The theft of the Goya portrait that sits in Dr No's inner sanctum was big news in England at the time. I believe it was recovered not long after the film was released. Apparently, before Sean Connery, the BBC did a Bond series. I have no information on who played 007 in it.

Barry Nelson was the first Bond ...on American TV.
A one hour long adaptation of Casino Royale, which was reportedly a pilot for a series that never happened, aired in 1954.

I'm not aware of British series.

I saw it in '64 - Academy theater in Wappingers Falls, NY. I think admission was 35 cents at that time. The old Academy building is still there, and is the home of the County Players, a local live theater troupe. I hope they can survive this over-long home confinement.

Oh Great and Wonderful AirDave of On. (Thanks to L Frank Baum)
See the photos of a Pl**tic kit I have had for ages, It would make for a great KoolWheels in forest green and natural wood. This is one of those cars that I would love to have and drive in my old age. Wish there was a kit car with a more modern engine and transmission, but not chopped channeled and modern tires. If I can't have a full sized one a KoolWheels version would be beyond Cool .
Wishing,
Miles

I've got this fan on facebook who follows my work.
Well, mainly hes just interested in the free Koolwheelz.

And every time I release a new model, he post requests for Koolwheelz designs that he wants.
Never anything that I have any interest or connection to...just models he wants. lol

Every time theres a new release...and in-between releases...and Thursdays...and Holidays...and

I keep deleting his facebook posts and messages, but they keep coming! lol
It doesn't seem to matter that I have no interest in Starsky's Crap Torino or the Fall-Down Guy's Pick up truck.

I don't want be mean and block him on facebook.
I appreciate the interest and support.
But I guess I've lost the patience for the requests.
I guess I am too selfish.
LOL
I should be more giving.
I shouldn't care so much about what I want...or the time and effort to create all these Koolwheelz.
LOL
Hell... A-Team Vans for everyone! yay
