The clues didn't help?

Clue 1 - Its a "Movie" poster, so...its a "movie" car. duh.

Clue 2 - It looks like a regular Public Road, not a racetrack or other surface...its a "road" car. duh

Clue 3 - This one is a stretch...lets play charades...Two words...first word: an Egg...life...its alive. Its living!
Second word: theres a bright light breaking through. Its as bright as daylight!

Clue 4 - In space, no-one can hear you glue...hmmm another word for glue?
doh...I'm not giving you that one.

Clue 5 - and of course, the actual Car is in the poster! Still not there?

Think Time Lords.

wow...I should make you work harder for these!

...
Over the years, James Bond has driven many different makes of car.
AMC, Lotus, BMW and Citroen just to name a few.
But none are as strongly associated with Agent 007 as the Aston Martin.

And while we all know and identify with the DB5 as "Bond's car," a number of other Aston Martin models have appeared in 007 films.

This year was supposed to bring us the 25th film of the James Bond franchise, No Time To Die.
Starring Daniel Craig in his fifth and last outing as the secret agent.
But obviously the pandemic has delayed its release until the Fall...or maybe later, we'll see.

According to online reports, the film will feature Aston's new concept supercar Valhalla,
along with the DB5 which is carried forward from Craig's previous films.
Aston Martin has also confirmed that the DB5, DBS Superleggera and Valhalla models will all feature in the film.
And, as is evident from filming in Norway last year, Bond's iconic 1987 V8 (Vantage) will also be included in that line-up!.

The V8 appeared in The Living Daylights, driven by Timothy Dalton as Bond (one of my favorites).
I loved this Aston, and its still a much sought after car to collectors and classic car buyers.
The V8/Vantage came in many different versions throughout its twelve year production run.
American fastback Mustang styling influence is once again evident in another British car, but its a much bigger and more powerful Aston than any before.

While I focused on the hardtop-fastback-rocket firing-ski equipped-V8 for my Koolwheelz, three different Vantages were used in The Living Daylights.
The very first version seen is a convertible Volante(Vantage) that is later fitted with a hardtop by Q branch.
But there are two other non-Vantage models used for filming, both refitted with Vantage badges and License plates to match the first car.

Regardless of the movie's deception, I still love the Vantage in this film...if I was gonna own and drive an Aston, I think I would prefer this over the DB5.
The Vantage had rockets!
And I'm not the only one to like this car: https://youtu.be/-3kEBPikrbc ...a cool video showcasing a bunch of the Bond cars.

Find the James Bond V8 Vantage in the Starcarz section of Koolwheelz.

I was veering towards a Bond car with the 'glue' clue. 'Living Daylights', bugger, never thought of that one. 1st Bond film my wife ( fiance at the time ) saw together when it came out. Remember those days of going to the cinema to see a movie.

Your rendering of the glossy paint look is spectacular. Beautiful job.

haha I rewatched The Living Daylights last night.
I didn't realize the music soundtrack was so bad!
The theme song is one of the weakest imo,
but the lack of real Bond music throughout the film is very disappointing.
The entire background track is a repetitive jingle made from the theme song.
And its tiring!
Wheres my 007 Guitar twang?!!

And I was amazed at the number of continuity failures, visual gaffs and unexplainable moments in this film.
lol
I laughed out loud many times.
But the real stunts were refreshing. No cgi in this one!

Its still a good film...that flopped badly just because Bond films were not interesting or well received in that period.
The public had really grown tired of Roger Moore's silly antics and the political and social climate was very different.

Pierce Brosnan's run as Bond was just as far-fetched, but by his time the public was waiting for the action, and silliness of a Bond film again.
Had Dalton come in to the franchise later, he might have made more than two films.

Lets see how License to Kill does tonight.

That's a real surprise to me. I'd never say that someone would ever design an old V8 Vantage. Excellent work, looks beautiful.
This Aston is actually one of my two dream cars(the other one is Fiat Dino Coupe).

So, I think I've already got something to build after the BRDM-2...
