Coming soon - B-47 Stratojet

Now I'm finishing the Boeing B-47 Stratojet in 1/48, 1/72, 1/100 and 1/144 scales.

Interesting plane. I read somewhere about a B47 that the Soviets shot down in the early 60's in international waters over the Barents Sea (?). Held the 2 survivors in Lubyanka prison for several months I think before releasing them.

Not shot down but was shot at. This during fallout sample missions over Siberia. Yes,
there were several holes in the "weather bomber's fuselage. Without firing a shot the
B-47 was named the winner of the the cold war.

We're about two months away from the first flight of our 1:8.7669 WB-47 and second
which is a B-47E.
