Glad to see the Camel Comic night fighter is still on the way.

All the rib styles look good to me, but I vote for 1.

My vote is for #1. It is the most subtle. I like your F11C series but the black lines that you use to represent ribs are too dark for my taste. If you look at a real biplane with fabric covering there is very little rib showing. And they certainly not black lines.


Of course this is just my opinion. I am just glad you're back doing paper.

Really the ribs would not be black/dark lines over wing for me.

I like nr 1 also but I think the bottom of the wing should look like a shadow not a highlight.

Not a Camel but look thru these. The ribs are hardly noticeable. Yes I know it is art and there has to be something there so that peeps know there are ribs in there.

In the pla@$eeq world these guys go waaayyy overboard with "weathering". Some of that stuff would never make it off the ground let alone past any decent Squadron Commander!
