"Silent Running" cargo pods?
Anyone know where I can get a model of them? Ed Bertschy used to have a nice model of them ("Repainted" versions of someone else's model) on his old home page, but the link is a dead end. I really want to use them for a cargo bay diorama featuring the three drones. Anyone know if Ed's containers (or the originals he modified) have been reposted elsewhere? Or if other models of them that are available? Any help would be appreciated.

I have the Pods has designed by Mike Hungerford.
But the site listed on the model doesn't exist anymore and I'm not sure whether I'm allowed to share them...

Here's my quick build
Just did a quick build as this was one of my favorite movies as a teen.
At first it was a head scratcher until I realized the tab numbering system. After that it was a pretty quick simple build. I do wish there were 2 versions with the logo's already on the pods instead of having to be cut out and applied. Done on 65# cardstock with Elmer's clear school glue.

From what I can see in screencaps (I haven't checked the actual film)
there doesnt seem to be any American Airlines logo modules. Unless the AA logo is on the backsides of the pods? The Freighter itself is run by AA, but the modules appear to be all labeled with other corporate logos, like: Dow Chemical AMF Kawasaki Polaris (?the buggies?) Geosylva Telepor Valley Forge And the logo does look like it is screened directly on the pod, but to make interchangeable logos on the paper model, the roundel makes sense as the simplest method. I have no desire to build any of these right now, but when I do, I will be modifying the modules with the screen used logos (right on the parts). ... just checked the DVD... and there are definitely a handful of modules with AA logos. Not many, but they are there. And its not the backs of the pods...many appear to have blank backsides. I also see Rockwell logos, and Coca Cola...and some big blue circles on some containers.
