Fifth Element - ZF.1

Hello guys,

I know some of you designers are always looking for a challenge, and have I come up with one... I've done a pretty thorough search of the internet and I can't find where anyone has done this one...

The ZF.1 from the movie Fifth Element. Possibly one of the coolest Sci-Fi weapons ever. I'd love to build this one along with the Aliens pulse rifle and mount them both on my studio wall...

Behold....

A "real" killer would ask about the little red button.

Oh yeah, I want one.

You just know Gary had a lot of fun with that scene.

A lot of credit for that movie and its look has to go to Jean Giraud (Moebius). A masterpiece SF..

I'm going to bump this thread again that I started. Now that we've got some new (and not so new) blood in the forum, maybe some of you new designers would like to take a crack at this beauty...

Thoughts????

If I knew how to design models I sure would do this one, but I am wonderfully dense when it comes to computers! Oh well, guess it will be enough to say I would sure like to build one!

CT, we'll keep stumping until someone picks it up and rolls with it.

There would be a good market for this sci-fi weapon among the gun modelers and sci-fi folks. Heck I'm a ship modeler and I'd love to have this one on my wall.

Here is where someone modeled it in 3-D but not paper. Pretty impressive. It would seem this would be easily imported into an unfolding program...
