Xebec/Chebec/Dhow

I am looking for a model, either waterline or otherwise, of a xebec, or a dhow if I can't find one of those.

I have seen the Hellier and Amanti wood models, but I was hoping that someone might have a paper model of one (or know where to buy one). thanks!

The Shipyard # 6 SZEBEKA is a 1/96 scale full hull paper model of a xebec (you can search for the other names in various forums: Szebeka, Schebecke, Shebek, etc...) - but maybe it is now out of print.
Have a look at their website (SHIPYARD Fascinating Ship World)
and try also GPM ? modele kartonowe or kartonmodellshop.de respectively. They have the predecessor: Szkutnik 2/93 Szebeka scale 1/96 still available.

agesofsail.com has 4 xbec wood models for sale ranging in price from not so expensive to rather expensive. Look through the offerings for each manufacturer to find them. Searching the site for xebec will not find them all since different spellings are used in the product descriptions. The shipyard Szebeka is out of print, it is one of their first offerings, and the quality of their graphics has greatly improved since it was published.

Thank you both for your quick replies!

I think I might go with the Szkutnik 2/93 Szebeka... If I pay too much for models my wife gets a bit cranky
