1/35 Redstone launch stand
Does anyone have a design/download for a 1/35 scale Redstone? I need a couple for my Estes model rockets Mercury Redstone and Jupiter C.
Thanks! |

I have one of those in my collection but I can't remember for the life of me where I got it from. I lost the file in a computer crash a couple of years ago and haven't been able to find it to download it again. It may have been a Landsbergen (sp?) model but I just don't know for sure. At any rate, wherever I got it it was made to go with a 1:96 redstone. I had no problem upscaling that kit to 1:35 as the detailing is mostly in layers rather than textures. Maybe it was a Classic Space Models kit??? Anybody remember who had the redstone?

The Ariespapermodels kit is a great kit ! The Launch Escape system lattice was a challenge in 1:96, but looks great.

Yah,
mine has the fins slightly out of straight, so it doesn't stand quiet right, but the model overall is very good. |

I had a Redstone in Us Army olive color. Is't 1/48 scale and very good detail and would be rescaled to 1/35 without problem. Really I don'r remember the page where I downloaded it, but I think It was a freebe.
The model was signed by Vadàsz Lâszlô in 2005. |

And I forgott the Project Mercury-Redstone Launch Vehicle 1/48 scale from Card in Space by Michael Urban, easy to rescale to 1/35.
