Hello, I would be interested in doing this locomotive 1/43 with detailed interior cabin.

You might try dropping a PM to Marcin Jakubiec (that's his member name) and see if he's interested. Don't know if he does commissions but it's worth a try. He has done some remarkable rolling stock and unique locos.
Also try dropping a PM to draccus. He does great RR-themed design. No idea if he does commission work or not. Again, worth a try.
