some one on here was talking awhile back about a section by section model that had been released to uk schools never heard any more about it.will see if i can find original thread on it

Hello Herky,

The engineer involved in the schools project moved on to pastures new and my contact who worked on the ship has also moved on. Sad to say, but at the moment this thread has stalled. I have been painstakingly doing some detective work to try and track down the files that were produced, but these have all been dead ends so far. Rest assured, as soon as I get them, they will be made available after copyright issues have been resolved. We live in hope meantime.

yes we do.guy on papership models specialises in modern carrier and helicpter cruisers is talking about doing a model but he only works small scale about 1;1200 i think. i just recieved hms vicrorious circa 60s as well as shinano rescale so have a few to keep me going
