Hey, I sent you an email with some drawings but I'm not sure it went through...

Making hull was not without serious problems since Chesley set and Boklet of genral plans hardly match each other. Ironically after the model was completed a friend of mine found at NARA an original body plan as designed from 1911.

If I had your email I could forward them to you.

Paperlab,
I would also like a set of the drawings, particularly the hull lines. I have the Book of General Plans (BB35.pdf) which has no hull lines, and the Warship Pictorial #4, and have ordered the relevant drawings from Floating Drydock.

1/96 (common scale for commercially made accessories) and WWI config gets my vote!

**BUMP**

I just toured the USS Texas last weekend and was looking for the model to build. Has there been any more progress on this design?? Looking forward to purchasing it and building it.

Here’s hoping that this historic D-Day veteran is with us to a long time to come. And yes, we still need a model of her.
