Hello friends and thanks to you very much for the support!
At all I'm not angry because some one pirated my model to build id. I'm going angry because I see my design below the inscription which says the model is designed from Chinese designer )) - I'm not Chinese but I'm the designer of this helmet ))).
Thanks for the info about Papercraft.net - I'll definitely describe the problem to him and hope to see the sucker's site in the black list.
My decision to release my models in way I described. It is clear for me the downloadable models isn't profitable way and I know it since long time. But I won't let some sucker to gain profit from my models ( or not any more )

Hi Kancho,

I love your designs. I think your ME410 and HS129 are one of the most unique card models in my collection. I really enjoyed building them.

I also made the move from building to designing some years ago and I've learned a lot from your good designs.

I'm really saddened such a thing like this would happen to you.
It's bad enough that some crooked people are distributing your work without your consent.
It's worse that they're earning money from it.
And it's absolutely VILE that they're taking credit for the design.

Eric

papercraft is a site thats let people know about new free models on the web which a lot of people with the paper hobby visit , if he puts a short story with the models why they are free now the papercommunity will know your reason (even the pirate sites )

for the blacklist part , thats a great idea if every paperblog had a blacklist on there site with sites that offer other peoples models for money it would slowly but surely put the blacklist to the top of google !!(if people look for a model or more info on one of these sites before buying, they'll see that there getting screwed )

I just visited the site. I can't believe what they're getting away with. They have paper kits from the Cannon papercraft site! I also saw the classic Star Trek USS Enterprise Bridge that's made by Ron Caudilio at Custom Models. The seller, Alice Zhou, even has the nerve to put his name on a pirated photo of the completed kit that clearly displays Ron's name and website!

I'm notifying both Custom Models and Cannon of this. Maybe they may know how to deal with this guy.

It's bad enough to sell someone else's models, but to claim them as your own product is utterly beneath contempt.

There is a link at the bottom of that page: Report Intellectual Property Right Infringement

Alibaba.com is a huge B2B platform in China, maybe they take IP infringement claims seriously. Might be worth a try, probably only takes a couple minutes to fill out the form.

Good luck to you!

There are also several free designs by Currel, and at least one from Modelart (the pancake).
The once free (now not available) Epson free "Howl's moving castle" is also there.

he is selling through a storefront...
the site AliExpress is like eBay in many ways.
Wholesale - Buy Products Online from China Wholesalers at Aliexpress.com
or
http://www.alibaba.com/

looks to me, if you were to submit complaints to the Hosting company
of someone selling pirated material, they might listen.

Alice Zhou (if that is her/his/its real name) will not care about your communications.

He/She/It is also selling free designs from Paperhobby on the MyHobbyCraft Blog, paperhobby, at this time his BAC TSR-2. I follow his blog and he posted this information this AM. Did this pirate just pop up on the radar as there seems to be quite a bit of activity about the site today? Ric minigamer1953
