Douglas DC- 10 30 paper model in the works
 

Out of Sketchup and out of Pepekura and not looking too bad. I wanted to design a decent model of both the DC-10 and Md-11. Please let me know what liveries you guys would like to see as I want to render a few for the guys to select from.

Right now the DC-10 Continental (old livery), is getting painted I'll stick one together for fit and tweak it a bit before releasing it. ???? can this model be uploaded directly to the site for guys to download ?.... Please refer me to further info on the process...

Welcome! And thank you for these aircraft. Adding a file to the download section is easy.
First, click on the download tab at the top of the page. Then, under "navigation" you see
the "Add" tab. Click that, and it will take you to a page where you can upload your file(s).

Shortly after, one of the admin/mod types will usually approve it to be added to the system.

Easy enough!

How about a slurry bomber version?

I'd like to see a Delta version, circa 1975.

Good suggestions all.....thanks guys! DC-10 is an old bird but a good bird. Although marred by mechanical failures and a few design flaws in her first decade leading to some tragedies staining her reputation, she became a staple mid-long range wide body.

I thought of doing a couple freighters, a fire bomber and the KC-tanker/extender as well.
Definetely on the to do list is the (previously mentioned Continental), United (old livery), Pan Am, Northwest. I like the Biman Bangladesh Airlines livery and may do it as well.

Shoot me more suggestions!
