I totally forgot to build intakes for the engine, and while I,m at it, thought I would color the parts based on the original drawing to give some eye candy. Hope you enjoy.

While looking at the Speedybird google search, I tripped across the Russian FH-XX paper model. Is it available for download or is it a one-of-scratchbuilt? (My Russian is minimal)

My Russian is non-existant, and my Russian -English is just about as bad, but from what I have gathered on this page (see link below), there will be a model available. How one would get it would be beyond my present skills however. Nice to see another "Porco Rosso" fan. It one of the movies you wish there could be a sequel to, but know that would never work, unless somehow the "Master", Miyazaki, came up with it. Alas, he is getting older.

Wooh! That is evil! Me like! Took ten months to make it too, and it show. That' work of love, but evil love.
Looks a lot like the Japanese anime Sky Crawler. I was digging my DVD box hoping I brought that movie with me here in Dallas, but I didn't. But I do recall somebody made a paper model of the main character's fighter and it is based on the Japanese WW2 concept(?) fighter Shinden.
