it will have working suspension: front suspensions are magnetic and the rear suspensions are spring based and magnetic supported (for hardness). i will build my own springs as i need specific radius. i will use my charged drilland guitar string for this job as this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Us28iaPOitU

I see you're using Blender to model and Pepakura to unroll your meshes. Could you show us more about your workflow? How detailed is the blender mesh? Does Pepakura handle subdivided surfaces, or do you have to keep them low poly? All the images on the Pepakura site show very segmented curves.

İ didnt use subdivision modifier. Just render shows smooth shading. And looks like high poly. İf you look at pepakura pics, car is low poly actually but i used very high quality textures for body and tires. Stratch build the chassis but body is %50 belongs to me. İ used a game model for base and heavily modified to suit paper modelling

As i share more progress you will see the how low poly the body. But tyres are another story. İ tried my best to make tyres look like plastic. İ use matte, glossy spray varnish before the assembly. As i do this paper becomes a little harder and waterproof but still white glue works very good for assembling. When i paint the white edges,it doesnt bleed so a very durable and good smooth looking product at the end. İ use 140 to 170 gsm matte and glossy photopaper (red body parts)

You have some serious mad skills here!
Looks like a clean build of a clean design, a double win in my book!
