This is really coming along. The only (really minor) critique is on the curve of the roof there is a slight break in the curve if you go straight up from the rear wheelwell. This may be just from the photo angle or a slight lack of final finish in doing a prelimary build. From having seen a lot of sheet metal in early stages you quickly figure out why they call it 'roughing in' the shape. Can barely wait to see as you perfect the final shapes.

Thank you guys I'm glad you like it. I am working on the roof. Actually my wife called me on it when I showed her a picture of the real car. She said "it looks too flat". So I'm hoping to capture the correct shape on the final model. I'll keep you posted.

Beautiful work Alejandro. Can't wait to see a color build. This will be another masterpiece, and you're inspiring me to get back to work on my own car, the '57 Belvedere.

Cheers,

Steve

I love models that give you that "Wow! That's Paper?" impression and this one certainly has that going for it. I'll be watching eagerly for more progress.

Thank you all very much for your words. I just wanted to let you know that the Simple version of the car it's finished and available at Alejandr0 it will be up only for a limited time. Hopefully I will start the final build soon.

I've already started to design another car.... (Modern Mercedes Benz), more info soon.
