I can already tell I'm going to like the color scheme on this plane.

Hi everyone!

Here are some pictues from the very first test building of the "Hun". As you can see, the colors around the engine are "in progress". It is very difficoult to represent the "burned iron" .

Perhaps someone can help me: i'm looking for some photos of the "hun" with CD tailcode flown in Vietnam. I only found 3!!! photos, but i'm not sure, that these airplanes are real ones. It would help me lot.

Possibly Gil's work here Natural Aluminum Finish might be some inspiration for the metal finish around the engine?

Hi

I do not think there was Supersabres with CD tailcode in Vietnam.

Looking at the F-100 . org website "in Harm's Way", there is Supersabre units list, but no CD mentioned.

F-100 Tail Code CB from 90 TFS. 3 TFW. Bien Hoa AB Were Vietnam deployed.

Hope this helps,

to waltair - I've been collecting pictures of Supersabre for some years, so if you need any particular technical detail, let me know.
