Ooooohh - a flying limo for a general. I have to agree with Don; it's a beauty.

I will add my kudos to the previous ones, and say it is good to see you are able to work on your beautiful models. I will be looking for it when it made available. Stay safe and be well...and same goes for all of the folks on this site...

John, I bought one of your B-17E models maybe two years ago. You were on eCardModels back then. I wanted to get a B-17G, but can't find you on there anymore. Do you have a web site where I can get a download? Or two?

Lee Anne,

As John mentioned in his latest/last post, he will need to sign back up with ecardmodels, and get the models posted

One of the benefits of being stuck working from home is that I’ve had some time to catch up on my models. I finished the final test build for the VB-17G. Since this is a General’s VIP aircraft I removed a lot of the weathering. As I was doing this build I realized I needed to remove more. The final kit will be much cleaner. This will be done after I do some layout clean up and write up a brief history. Than I have to re-sign up at Ecardmodels (another thing I’ll finally have time to do) and it should soon be available. I hope everyone has been staying safe.

Hi Lee Anne, hopefully I'll be able to get my Ecardmodels account back in action this weekend or early next week. Thanks for your interest.

I finally signed up again at Ecardmodels last week. I’m still waiting to get my vendor status approved. I still have a couple loose ends to tie up with the VB-17G but in the meantime I am also making good progress on another B-17 kit. Here is a little hint to see if you can figure out what it might be.

Perhaps a captured B-17 in German liverie?
