Reworking Bruno's Airliners!
Hi modelers.
I am creating this thread to showcase the reworked commercial airlines from Bruno Vanchecke in his thread "One model per (non-working) day". The first model I plan on reworking is his 1:300 Boeing 747-100. The scale I am shooting for is 1:144. I do not plan on changing the scale any bigger (or smaller) than 1:144, so I am not 1:100 or 1:72. ALSO, ALL CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL MODEL GOES TO BRUNO. Here is the modified cover page (already reworked) and the fuselage (about to be reworked). I hope you don't mind me editing your models, Bruno. Its all in the love for the models and the hobby. Enjoy. -RunwayOneSixRight (Matthew) |

First off, time to redraw the fuselage parts.
That blue line you see going horizontally through the fuselage is the midpoint. I usually always just draw one side of the fuselage part, then flip and connect the two halves to make sure both sides are equal. Here is the aft section of the Boeing 747-100. Also, since this now 1:144 the middle fuselage section is now in four pieces to help with the ease of building. And the nose. -RunwayOneSixRight (Matthew) |

Been working on the middle fuselage section.
I am going to add panel lines in the middle then work my way forward, then hit the aft section. -RunwayOneSixRight (Matthew) |
