Is it possible to sell something for no charge on ebay?
What if you/we could just list the model for free right under the posting of the stolen one so that everyone can see the scam taking place, that way nobody will buy anything from him since he will now have been exposed as a cheat and a fraud. The 'Free' posting could then have the link to direct the would be customer to the web page of the rightful copyright owner. Then complain to ebay that Chan's posting is fraudulent in comparison to the 'free' one - it's like bringing the horse to water and making him drink.

Better yet, since the pictures are not representative of "his" model that "he made himself" (his claim) he should be obliged to post at least one page of it, otherwise the pictures are a mis-representation of "his model".

I attempted to report him to ebay, but could not find a link to contact them.... ebay is good about taking your money, but almost impossible to contact when there is a problem...

All that can really be done in ebay is going to the help section, type "report and item" and then report that item listing. if enough of them are reported, perhaps ebay will ban the user.

I just don't buy any models from China or Hong Kong. There may very well be some honest sellers from those countries and I don't mean to offend anyone, but most of the models I recognize seem to be from designers I know, such as Uhu02 and others. Uhu02, to the best of my knowledge, has never offered pre-printed kits, or sold them. Too bad it has to be that way.

Hello!
I think I also found a 'reprinted scan' models on sale from 'chak16' - Ebay.co.uk (Sorry if I am wrong!) Some of them should be the original ones from 1970's and should be already yellow/brown as for 40 years of their age. However, what I can see on the photos are nice fresh white pages... (Halifax, Burza, Santa Maria, etc.) Reported to Ebay, but no replay since Monday... Looks like he doesn't even bother to cut them into the proper format... Kind regards Cybermac
