Ok, I got the pdo fine, and the model looks fine, but the lines are very light. I used the "export to individual sheet, as a png file and got the 8 pages out no problem. I used paint shop pro to darken the lines, and here is the before and after on page 8. All the parts in the pdo are there just like in the pdo.

Spaceagent - I think the lines were blue originally which is why I printed them black (when I printed as is they were too light to see the lines well enough to cut).
Jon - I don't have Pep Designer so I don't think I have the export to png function but will have to check. I still think I have printer issues that need to be sorted out. Up until this weekend the printer was fine, as I first printed the pdf in reduced form a few weeks ago. This weekend the nozzles were clogged which is typical of Epson printers that haven't been used in a bit. I cleaned the heads twice and it prints the test pattern fine yet regular documents are inconsistent. I'll see if I can get back to play with it this week. I am running low on Cyan but since I am printing in black it should not be an issue. |

Sometimes printers use all of the colors to print black. In some cases there is a way to tell the printer to just use the black ink. If your printer can just use the black to print black it should be noted somewhere in the printer documentation.

Hmmmm...this all may be my fault. I usually leave cut lines black, but I make the fold lines a light gray. If it will help, I can change the original pdo file back to all black.

Cory,
No need as I think the issue is more my printer. May take a little time to sort it out. |
