My votes, for what they're worth (1/33 scale, of course,)

WW1 - Roland DVI
Interwar - Fiat CR32
WWII - Reggaine Re2005
Postwar - NA FJ-3 Fury

Not the most famous, not the most successful, just the most elegant.

And if you want something different, a Nakajima "Jill."

I think I've seen the Fiat CR32 somewhere.

In 1:1 weapon models, I would be very keen to see an MG42, 1943 model.
Next to that would be the FG42.
Next pair, the STG44, and Erma MP44.
Lastly, a very nasty, but cute little pair: .11 inch Kolibri pistol, and a .177 pocket Beretta.

Those would each make an unsual weapons pair set.

Kind and Respectful Regards, Uyraell.
