quick look # 54: Porco Rosso Ferry Boat Paper Model Design: Part-2 "Porco Rosso Rough

https://youtu.be/HAXuXVoWCcU

I know there must be a better, faster and cleaner way to build a model, but my ignorance in Rhino keep me doing everything in a hard way.

So... I need to scale it down a couple of knots, I should had used the same head in my Savoia .S21, its size was good don't know why I feel the need to make a new head. I would have got the size right if I did. Another thing ... I put glue tabs where I don't need them and no glue tabs where I needed them ~ XD Also, the coat collar should have two options. Wired...my 'quick look' looks like... not so quick...

Thank you very much for watching!

It is very nice to see this process.
Since my brain doesn't seem to be compatible with 3D software I admire those people who can manage to achieve something with it.

The kit is nice. Posture and shape looks correct for the source image.
And love all the small details on the coat.
As always, your attention to those little details add a lot to the model.
Surely when you color it it will look even better.

Is it at the same scale as the Savoia and the other Porco?
Looks a bit bigger to me. Or it probably is because of the heavy coat and the hat that he looks taller and wider.

Regards,

Yes the scale is bigger. when I made the new head everything got much bigger. I will scale it down to match the old head and fix some stuff and test build again.
