If you have the urge to watch those movie spoofs, they are on Netflix.

Isaac
They did one, you can watch it here:

Lol, yeah, I watched the whole movie and can tell you that he definitely does not have a skull under the helmet. That image is much more exciting than the actual movie.

I have a good photo of the actual (found) helmet from this film
(its in the book "It Came from Bob's Basement").
Unfortunately I can't find the image online, and I don't want to scan the book.

But the helmet looks like paper mache, and its pretty rough looking!

Yeah, insteresting thing I noticed was that the helmet worn by Ro-Man's boss was slightly different than Ro-Man's. It lacked the circular element on the lower collar piece, and I think the antennae were slightly different.

I have seen a few renditions of Ro-Man, my favorite one is here:

Made a helmet and the inner head. Not quite digging it though. I made a new one, a bit bigger. Printing it out to see how it looks!
And oh yeah, you can clearly see here, I made a huge mistake and had the top of the torso glued on backwards, even though I had marked the front and back so I wouldn't do that! Oh well, cut it in half and glued it on right

Looking good. Looks like something you would have seen in Scooby Doo.

Lookin' good so far.
Check out the teddy bears on Canon Creative Park for another option on the look of the body. They have 2D depictions of fur that look good.

That movie had some big names in it! Tony Curtis, Patrick McNee, and I certainly remember Deborah Foreman from "Valley Girl"

Here is the redesigned inner head and bigger collar. I think this will look better once I add some paper skin to smooth it out like the sack on the actor's head in the costume.

Here is the new head and helmet design. I am doing some painting on the head and interior of the helmet before I attache the helmet to the collar piece. It's kinda hard to see in these images, but I placed a round piece of plastic transparency as the clear portion of the helmet.
