Osorio tank

I am starting a new project of a military vehicle, in the case the Brazilian tank Osorio, a project of an MBT of the company Engesa aiming to compete in a bidding of the Arab for acquisition of new vehicles, ended up losing to the M1 Abrams, and with the crisis that reached the military industry of Brazil in the 1980s ended up being canceled with the production of two prototypes that are now preserved in military museums.

The first model known as EE-T1

The second model known as EE-T2

I learned a lot from the model I had done before ( Emil e3(krangvang) tank 1/35 ). With that I was able to improve the technique to create a better finished paper model. This model will be in the 1/35 scale. I'll do the EE-T2 model first.
I already have the 3d model I am finalizing the unfold

I finished the unfold and have already printed the part of the model holder

And put the main parte of chassis.
Some parts were crooked, but did not directly affect the fit of the model. You can use a stronger paper for better fixation

Very nice start, shame by the monumental example of political propaganda burying the company, I remember the MBT millionaire shot by former president Collor, who did not offer support to the initiative. I will accompany the post with interest.

I finished the job on the suspension part of the model. And the fixation on the hull, I tried to do as close as possible to the real model

Great looking model! I just found your work (being new here and all) and I'm really impressed not just by the model itself but also your awesome texturing work (I love a weathered look) and your print layout, with the instructions and all.

Thank's michaelgr.

After one week of work, i made updates on the model. The tyres, acessories on the turret and the tracks.

About the tracks, initially i tried to do it individually(link by link) although it was very difficult because of the size,so I made it as one.

Even though I know performance matters more than appearance, have to say Osorio is a nice looking tank.
