It is involved, and there are many steps, but I don't think it'll be too difficult over all. There is a lot of "lather rinse repeat".

Trim out the frame, glue in the inset panel, laminate the sub-panels, cut out and glue in the sub-panels. Then move on to the next assembly (which will of course be a different shape) and do the same thing again.

One of my goals is to make the individual steps digestible... though there will be a lot of them. The part count is already up around 300 just with what is shown in the photos so far.

Agreed. It's just a compliment. Even having just average motor coordination, I will try not to repeat too many steps.

I have unfolded the next section (the engine substructures) and written the instructions up through what you see in the pictures so far.

The engine substructures are pretty simple comparatively, so I hope to have those once I have ~4hrs to spend on it again. Hopefully that'll be Saturday.
