My problem right now is I'm retired and living on a fix income which isn't very mush and I have outstanding medical medicines that I can early cover. I'm moving and will be living with my son and his wife which helps a lot. That is why I asked. I don't like putting my laundry out for others to see but that's my lot. Modeling is a very inexpensive hobby once to buy the tools and etc. needed and it helps me to keep my mind(such as it is at 71) of something other things like migraines'. I'm always looking for free models because it is all I can afford. Thank you for offering this beautiful model which I am looking very forward to. Many thanks. wc

I can't wait to retire. I am hoping to do it much much earlier than average.
I could easily enjoy my days spending time at the local military museum, designing models, building, reading, cooking, and hiking. |

If you make it 13.4" you'll end up with a 1/48 scale model.

Thales, it doesn't matter what your going to be doing just have a exit plan. I've seen the damage it can do to a person when they don't have a exit plan. Very sad. Sounds like you got a good one. wc

But I am making more progress on the shuttle. I hope people like laminating parts, because there are a zillion raised or recessed panels on this thing. |

Beautiful.
And it looks as if there's a decal on each panel. I hope the rpf links were of some benefit. -J |

There is going to be a lot of layering to add depth to the panels. |
