This encourages us to continue waiting for this model which I can imagine is going to be really a masterpiece. Hope we live long enough to build it. Keep up the good work.

You have captured the typical Douglas nose shape very good. Can't wait till it's ready.

I didnt know I was waiting for this project to come out as I just now happened upon it. I will watch for its completion. I have quite a few kits waiting to be bult and my latest is Ecardmodels Fokker f-27 in hughes airwest colors. This plane operated here in Idaho at one time. I wonder if your designer COR did this model? Bill

Yes, he did - so you know what quality and detail you may expect!

Just to show that there is progress. Remember that there is very limited information to go by: this is 'reverse engineering'. Most details have to be designed on the basis of just a few photographs...
Engine nacelles nearly completed.

Building a good model requires patience. Waiting for this model is a good exercise. I shall wait for it and bide my time.

Serious progress: Cor's first testbuilds. Wing has two spars and several formers; nacelles also have interior strenghtening.
