Hello gents,

The cross-section appeared to be circular at the end, so it wasn't necessary to rebuild the previous segment.

Finally, I have got it done and I hope it will fit with the front part of canopy.

@ cmdr19912 - thank you for being a 'quiet supporter' of my U-2 project

Project update - needed some 24h break but today I am planning to do some adjustments of bottom details of the last segment.
Soon there is going to be fun with the next one and after even more with a canopy

@ Petestein - yes, that is exactly 60years since the U-2 incident when the U-2C with F.G Powers got shot down.

Hello gents,

I have got a 2nd cabin's segment nearly done

Nearly - because together with the previous one it needs some 'Emergency cabin opening' signs.

I am waiting for one of my modeling friends to supply me with some photos which could help.

In the meantime, I will start working on the cabin canopy

Hello gents,

After about 20-24h of work, I finally got it!

It was a bit hectic as the program was playing up a bit so I had to do it in small steps manually.

By the way the cabin glass got darkened by 40% gradient and a hood got 10% to make it look more realistic.
