That would be a BD-5j, with the cockpit based on the ASW-15 glider.

Did you ever see the A'capella? Circa 1983 - it was an attempt to redeem all of the unfinished BD5 kits. It was a twin boom design using the BD5 cockpit and wings as outer panels. New wing stubs carried the booms and tail. The big selling point was that it used a conventional a/c engine. Claims were for phenomenal speed

Gah! Maybe, but they'd be likely to be 110 snapshots if I still have any. I did find this one:

A quick bit of research mentions it in the wikipedia BD5 article. Evidently the one and only Acapella prototype flew poorly and is in the museum at Oshkosh.
