Sketchup 7 and plugins

I'm delving into Sketchup (version 7) again but I'm having issues with getting installed plugins (like the free unfold one, etc.) to work. I'm following the instructions to download them and put them into the plugins folder, but I don't see them showing up in Sketchup no matter where I look (or even when I simply right-click). ???

I recall doing this a while back and they worked then...Any suggestions, please?

Thanks guys...

Terry

Re: Sketchup 7 and plugins

I now found out that you have to right-click the link for this plugin in order to put it into your plugins folder in SU - working fine now. I just wish they'd explained that in the blog as not all plugins need to be saved that way.

Looks like fun!

I think that You may choose 'Pro' Version or revert Sketchup6 or another CG program(Ex. Metasequoia) or use final method below

1. Modeling in Su7
2. Open in Rhino 3d
3. save .3ds or obj or kmz4
4. open file in pepakura

good luck to you

-Yes, If you don't use pepakura, Waybe is the most efficient choice i think.
